All changes to the appearance of your Town home must be pre-approved. This includes exact matches for windows and doors. Complete and submit the Architectural Change Form prior to starting any projects. Failure to have the project pre-approved may result in fines and/or having to redo the work. As part of a community it is important to be considerate of our neighbors. Everyone should try to be amicable, pleasant and thoughtful. Please observe quite time between 9 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Avoid the use of any noise generating equipment and monitor your children and pet’s activities that may cause excessive noise. However, there are times when we must ask others to do the same. If there is an issue with one of your neighbors, please try to have a conversation with them to resolve the issue. If this does not work, send us an email at info@pinnacle-md.com and give us as much detail as possible. You can remain anonymous, but this will limit what we can do to assist you.
Vehicles are not allowed on the grass. We have contracted a landscaping company to maintain the grounds. If your vehicle damages any part of the grounds you will be responsible to the cost of the repairs.
Winterset parking lots are private and intended for the residents of Winterset and their guests only.
Patio and Decks must be kept neat and orderly. Only outside furniture and gardening containers allowed. Do not store trash, toys, bicycles, brooms etc. No inside furniture.
Winterset 1A has a playground that is to be utilized by kids. The playground area is open from dusk to dawn. Anyone caught on the playground during times that it is not open may be subject to trespassing.
A. Visible storage of lumber (other than firewood as specified elsewhere), building materials, wheelbarrows, vehicle parts or other discarded items in the front, rear, or side yards is prohibited. Temporary storage of lumber and building materials for ARC approved exterior alterations is allowed for a reasonable time to construct the alteration but shall not be stored at length for future construction. All materials remaining following the completion of an approved alteration must be removed in an expedient fashion.
B. Trash disposal rules and regulations:
1. Trash or garbage containers shall not be permitted to remain in public view from the front of the home except on trash pick-up days.
2. Trash is to be left at the pick-up areas designated by the County (normally the island to the homeowner) and all homeowners shall abide by any recycling and regular trash pick-up days designated by the County or other authority.
3. Trash shall be placed out for pick-up no earlier than 6pm the evening prior to scheduled pick-up days before 3:00 AM. Consult Baltimore County Government for further guidance and regulations.
4. Garbage cans are preferred, but contractor grade bags are acceptable so long as they are tied.
5. Residents are required to place their house number on their garbage cans.
6. Please be courteous and help keep your community free of litter. Please keep in mind that residents are responsible for their guests.
C. Bulk trash removal is the responsibility of the homeowner. Should bulk pick-up days be available by Baltimore County, it may only be placed at the designated location on the day of the pick-up. Homeowners will incur the cost of removal of bulk items that need to be removed on non-bulk items days.
